We, Scheuermann & Gries GmbH, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly adhere to the rules of data protection laws.

Your data will be completely deleted 2 years after the full processing of the reservation and after the statutory retention periods have expired, unless we have your consent for further use or are legally obliged to do so.
4. When requesting vouchers or our hotel brochure, we require the following personal data from you: first and last name, and your address. Additional information is voluntary. Your data will be completely deleted 2 years after the full processing of the request and after the statutory retention periods have expired, unless we have your consent for further use or are legally obliged to do so.
5. For your contact request, we require your first and last name as well as your email address. If you wish to receive information materials, we also need your postal address. You may also provide us with your telephone number for contact purposes. Your data will be deleted 2 years after the full processing of your contact request unless we have your consent for further use or are legally obliged to do so.
6. If you send us your application via email, we will collect, process, and use your data exclusively for the purpose of the application and delete your data after a reasonable period (no later than six months after receipt), unless you have expressly permitted us to use your application for future job openings.
7. We have set up a customer login where we store your existing data, such as your bookings, and offer you exclusive offers. This, of course, only happens with your prior consent.
8. The personal data you provide will be used exclusively for the purpose for which you have made it available to us.

2. Newsletter
1. If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we need your email address. Your email address will be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can revoke your subscription to the newsletter and your consent to the storage and use of the data at any time.
2. Online registration for the newsletter subscription is done through a double opt-in process. To subscribe, you enter your email address to which the newsletter should be sent. After submitting the registration form via email, you will receive a confirmation message. This message contains the complete text of the consent statement along with a confirmation link. The registration process is only completed by clicking this link. The registrations for the newsletter are logged to provide evidence of the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes storing the registration and confirmation time as well as the IP address.

4. Email Communication
If you wish to contact us by email, you are welcome to do so via the provided addresses. However, please note that unencrypted emails sent over the internet are not sufficiently protected against unauthorized access by third parties during transmission.
5. Access Data / Log Files
Scheuermann & Gries GmbH automatically collects and stores log files that your browser transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type/version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
- Time of the server request.
We cannot associate this data with specific individuals. A combination of this data with other data sources is not performed. The data is promptly deleted after statistical and thus anonymous analysis.
6. Cookies
1. Our website uses cookies. They are used to make our offering more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are text files that are stored on your hard drive to potentially identify you during a repeat visit to the website. Therefore, information about your user behavior is processed via the cookie. These are exclusively so-called "session cookies," meaning they are automatically deleted after your visit. Guests can see at a glance that a hotel has been officially classified and complies with the official guidelines of the German hotel classification.
